These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 5rgame platform and all services offered through it. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any bets on 5rgame.

Collusion, arbitrage, use of automated betting software, bonus abuse, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. 5rgame reserves the right to void bets and close accounts for violations.
5rgame provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools to all registered players. Use of these tools is encouraged and can be activated from your account settings at any time.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 5rgame ("5rgame", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 5rgame.pro. By accessing or using the 5rgame platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

Strictly 21+ Only: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the 5rgame platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 5rgame enforces strict age verification at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
To be eligible to use the 5rgame platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
5rgame reserves the right to request identity documents — including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification — to verify your age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the time period specified by 5rgame may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
Accounts found to have been registered by persons under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed. Any deposits made to such accounts will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any bonus amounts credited, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in their entirety.
To access the full range of 5rgame services, you are required to create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible players as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on 5rgame at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under your own name, using alternative email addresses, or using a third party's personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 5rgame actively monitors for duplicate accounts using technical, financial, and identity-based detection methods. Any duplicate accounts identified will be permanently closed, bonus balances will be forfeited, and any winnings generated across those accounts may be voided pending investigation.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information held on your 5rgame account remains accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registration details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account information promptly. 5rgame will not be held responsible for any losses arising from outdated account information, including failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect payment details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5rgame login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
5rgame will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].
Security Tip: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your 5rgame account from Account Settings → Security. This adds a second layer of verification at login and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your account and funds.
You agree to notify 5rgame immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any compromise of your login credentials. Until you notify 5rgame of any such compromise, you remain liable for all activity conducted through your account, including bets placed and withdrawals initiated. 5rgame reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious login activity is detected, pending investigation.
5rgame accepts deposits from eligible players via the following payment methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):
The minimum deposit amount at 5rgame is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification may be eligible for higher deposit limits upon request.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 5rgame account balance instantly in the majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to be confirmed and credited. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following network confirmation, typically within thirty (30) minutes.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. You must not deposit funds on behalf of another person, nor may a third party deposit funds into your 5rgame account. Deposits sourced from any payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder will be returned, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
No Deposit Fees: 5rgame does not charge any fees on deposits made via any of the supported Pakistani payment methods. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside of 5rgame's control and are your responsibility.
Withdrawal requests on 5rgame are subject to the following conditions:
5rgame reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to: a copy of your CNIC, proof of your registered payment method ownership, and a selfie for identity confirmation. These checks are conducted to protect the security of your funds and to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
In some circumstances, withdrawal processing may be delayed beyond the standard timeframe. These circumstances include: accounts under active investigation, accounts that have triggered AML monitoring thresholds, withdrawals during periods of high volume, and first-time withdrawals where enhanced verification is being conducted. 5rgame will communicate any such delays to the affected player via their registered email address.
5rgame offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the individual promotion page, as well as the following general bonus terms:
All bonus amounts credited to your 5rgame account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings generated from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit for each bonus are detailed on the respective promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being removed from your account.
Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one eligible account per household, IP address, and device. 5rgame reserves the right to decline bonus requests or withdraw bonus amounts where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.
Where a sports betting bonus specifies minimum odds requirements, bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not contribute towards the wagering requirement. For cricket betting promotions on PSL or international fixtures, the minimum qualifying odds are specified on each individual promotion page.
All bonuses on 5rgame carry an expiry date. Bonus balances that remain unused or unplayed through wagering requirements after the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account without prior notice. It is the player's responsibility to monitor the expiry dates of active bonuses from within the Account → Bonuses section of the 5rgame platform.
The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the 5rgame platform. Sport-specific rules — including cricket, football, and other markets — are available within the Sports section of the platform.
All bets are subject to acceptance by 5rgame. The platform reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where: the stated odds were published erroneously, a market event has already commenced at the time of placement, or where the bet would expose 5rgame to abnormal financial liability.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by sport, market, and event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. 5rgame reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any account at any time without prior notice.
Cricket betting on 5rgame covers PSL (Pakistan Super League) fixtures, international Test matches, ODI series, T20I series, and major bilateral series. In-play cricket markets are available during live fixtures, subject to connection and data feed availability. Where a match is abandoned, reduced in overs, or officially revised, settlement will follow the official result issued by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC).
A bet may be declared void under the following circumstances: the event was cancelled or abandoned without an official result; the bet was placed on an erroneous price; a proven technical error affected market pricing; or the bet was placed after the event's official start time. Stake amounts from voided bets are returned to the player's account balance.
The 5rgame casino section includes slot games, live dealer tables, keno, fishing games, and other electronic gaming products sourced from licensed and certified game providers. All casino games on 5rgame use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness.
Each slot and casino game on 5rgame carries a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled according to the outcome recorded by the studio system at the time of the disconnection. Disconnection-related disputes must be reported to 5rgame support within 24 hours of the affected session.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software fault, or system error affecting any casino game, 5rgame reserves the right to void all affected rounds and return stakes to players' account balances. No liability will be accepted for any winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction period.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5rgame platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Where 5rgame determines that a player has engaged in any of the above prohibited activities, it reserves the right to: immediately suspend or permanently close the account; void any or all bets placed during the period of prohibited activity; forfeit any bonus balances and associated winnings; withhold funds pending investigation; and pursue civil or criminal legal remedies as appropriate.
All content on the 5rgame platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, text, game content, audio, and video materials — is the property of 5rgame or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 5rgame platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, display, or exploit any 5rgame content for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from 5rgame. Unauthorised use of 5rgame's intellectual property may result in civil liability and account termination.
5rgame collects and processes personal data from registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account and accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the 5rgame Privacy Policy.

5rgame's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total value of the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
5rgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 5rgame will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of the 5rgame platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the 5rgame platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 5rgame's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.
